When I was constructing my house, I was looking for home automation companies and I found HomeAutomat from their website. I visited their office and Executive Director explained various options and showed demo. Later Project Leader and team visited the site multiple times, provided consultation on the electric designs. They provided the lighting design and ordered through a vendor. The Fibaro based home automation system is quite good and reliable. Throughout the installation and automation programming, Project Leader and team were very responsive and cooperative. After handover, they have supported with schedule programming, fixing issues with touch panel under warranty, etc. Overall I am very satisfied with the support provided.

Project Lead and team did a wonderful job of fixing home automation. Team was very approachable and stuck to timelines proposed. Very good experience with EBSL automation team. The post sales service is wonderful. I had called the agency to rectify an issue which the team promptly completed. But the main issue was linked with broadband which was out of their scope. But Team Lead came out of way to rectify even the broadband issue first very patiently and then fix the rest. Commendable team.

HomeAutomat team did an excellent and professional job when we recently constructed our home. Executive Director visited at HomeAutomat office listened to our requirements very patiently. His team then gave us a very cost effective solution covering Home Online UPS, Video Door Phone, CCTV system, Intrusion detection system, and Wi-Fi system covering 3 floors. Executive Director did multiple site visits as the electrical wiring had to be carefully coordinated and he worked very well with our contractor team. Later Project leaders did a great job in configuring everything and ensuring that all functionalities are available on two phones in our household. As we used the systems over a few months, couple of minor issues cropped up but these were swiftly resolved by HomeAutomat team.
